Premature kitten died. Surviving one has bloody anus. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 8.5 lbs

My Cat simba Gives Birth to 2 kittens 3 days ago. BUT Before 2 hours from now i found 1 kitten died. The kittens get enough feeding. So what should cause kitten died. I found Some Blood At kittens anus( as shown in picture) i also found same thing in liveing kitten. So what should i do for my liveing kitten? I am Town the tempreature is around 35° C average and i also think that kittens are pre-mature in delivers. So what should i do for my Liveing kitten?????

Hello. If the kittens were premature, then you have to wonder why. Perhaps Simba has some underlying condition or disease that caused the early delivery. I do not think the temperature is to blame, but you can try cooling Simba & her kitten down by indirectly placing a fan near her. Having the fan blow over a couple of frozen pop bottles will also cool things down a bit. But there is really very little you or I could do to save such a tiny kitten. If you decide to let Simba have another litter, make sure she is free of diseases like leukemia & feline immunodeficiency virus, that she is up to date on all appropriate vaccinations, & wormed for the common intestinal parasites in your area.
