Hello, thank you for you question about Sloane. Based on the symptoms you are describing it is possible that Sloane has a skin infection or is experiencing allergies. Since she is itching/traumatizing herself I would recommend having her seen by your veterinarian so that they can examine the area and discuss the need for additional diagnostics/treatments.
