Why is my dog not eating, only drinking water and refusing treats?

My dog is not eating, just drinking water. She is refusing her treats now. Very worried, can't take this stress at 32 weeks pregnant. What could it be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 10 years and 2 months old

You definitely do not need this stress at 32 weeks pregnant. I see Ginger is an older girl, and it could be any number of things causing her to not eat such as dental disease, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, or even cancer. I think the sooner you get her into the vet, the better. Less stress on you to have her seen as soon as possible, and if you can, I'd take her into a vet now. I hope this helps!
