My 4-day-old orphaned kitten has diarrhea. How much should I feed?

I have a 4 day old orphaned kitten who really loves to eat. Although everything I've read told me that the kitten will let me know when he's done eating, I believe that he is overeating because he has pretty bad diarrhea. From the beginning, he always ate at least 3ml and now consistently eats at least 5ml. He has eaten up to 7ml in one feeding. I feed him every 2-3 hours. Other than his diarrhea he seems fine. Question is: should I limit his feedings and if so to what ml? What else can I do?

Hi. Yes they are usually good at controlling the amount. The diarrhea may be normal puppy poop, but if not, i recommend getting a fecal sample in to the veterinarian to be checked for parasites. If he isnt vomiting and is growing well, no need to limit. 7ml though is a bit too much. Lol
