My dog was bitten. Swelling and pus around the wound. How to help?

Hi so my little dog got bit by a larger dog on his neck and when I cleaned it a lot of puss came out and some blood and for the most part the swelling went down except for by the actual wound . How do I help the rest go down? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 4 months old | 20 lbs

Antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications are needed to speed up recovery time and resolve the swelling completely. Dinsifection must be provided as well with hibiscrub or betadine diluted. I would recommend an immediate check up at your local vet practice.
