Hi my dog was attacked and the area he was bitter has swelled and is hard what’s wrong with him ? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 4 months old | 20 lbs

Poor Chonch. It sounds like the area may have gotten very inflamed and could possibly be infected. Please have him seen by a veterinarian to have the wound explored. He may need pain medication and antibiotics.
