My cat has projectile diarrhea, inflamed anus, and white discharge.

We have a cat, Amber, about a year old. We believe she was well... raped by a stray big male cat. And although vulgar, we think it was anally. She has projectile diarrhea and no control of it. Her bottom is very enflamed, red and when she’s not defecating, there’s something white around it. But it’s much larger than it should be. Could the male cat have torn something?

I'm sorry to hear about Amber's condition but I would say that the scenario is very unlikely. It is more likely that something has caused her to have diarrhea which is very irritating and so now her anus is irritated. She needs to be seen by a veterinarian for diagnostics to help rule out the cause of her problem. In the meantime, you can try offering her a bland diet of chicken and rice to help settle her tummy.
