Why is my dog eating grass and pooping it back out straight away, he’s been doing it for a couple of weeks it literally comes out within three or four mins after he’s ate it, Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 3 months old | 112 lbs

This generally means a dog is nauseous for some reason - although some dogs just enjoy eating grass for unclear reasons (flavor, the dew on it, etc).
