Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years and 11 months old | 15 lbs
Rengar (Cat) 15lbs Issues: Throwing up his food Duration: Almost 2 years Solutions: Different diets / prescription diet / Antibiotics / Anti-nausea Result: Ends up throwing up food again eventually Extra: Blood work / x-rays / abdominal ultra sounds "nothing out of the ordinary" / All came back good. We need help and are in a corner... We are not quite sure what to do about it anymore. He just finished his antibiotics and two weeks later back to throwing up. (unprocessed food)

I would talk to your vet about submitting a GI panel or performing biopsies. Even with normal ultrasounds, IBD or lymphoma may not be able to be diagnosed. Empirical deworming may be indicated. Steroid trials may help. Has the thyroid level been checked? There is so much more information we need to be able to help you in this complicated case. I would recommend choosing a Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach consult so we can better evaluate what the tests and results have been to help you decide what steps should be next.
