Dog's belly is red with bumps after playing. Home remedies or vet?

So I noticed jules is a little red ish and got some bumps in his belly area...he did game from playing earlier at the park, I have just tried to clean him with dog wipes to soothe but I wanted to know is there any home remedies I can do to treat it or should I take him to the vet. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 8 months old | 22 lbs

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Jules. I recommend bathing him with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner such as an oatmeal or fatty acid based formula to help soothe his skin. If this does not improve the red areas, then he will need to see his veterinarian. In the meantime, do not allow him to lick the area. He should wear an E-collar if he is trying to do so.
