For a while my dog has had like shoulder/neck pain is there anything he can take? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 11 lbs

Unfortunately there are no OTC pain medications you can give him. Many human ones are toxic to dogs, and can be fatal if given. I would take Ceaser into a vet first thing in the morning. The vet can prescribe pain medication for him.
