My puppy swallowed a large cow ear whole. Should I be worried?

My 17 week old, 35 pound golden retriever puppy swallowed a piece of cow ear roughly the size of a silver dollar without much resistance. Do I need to be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 35 lbs
