My puppy is shaking her head and whimpering. Is it an ear infection?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 15 days old | 2 lbs

Ramvlers only 12 weeks old and I took her to visit her mother for the night she came back and is constantly whipping her head back and forth like theres something wrong with her earand when she goes to scratch her ear lightly she wimpers shes just not acting herself

It would be Rambler has an ear infection. That would cause her to shake her head a lot, scratch at her ear, and whine in pain when scratching the ear. Ear infections in dogs can be caused by ear mites, yeast, or bacteria. A vet is needed to diagnose if she does have an ear infection, what's causing, and to prescribe medication to treat it. I would take her into the vet first thing in the morning. Best of luck.
