My cat needs a distemper shot. What is it, where, and when?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 7 months and 19 days old | 7.2 lbs

Hi, I wanted to know what exactly is the Temperment shot and where do I go to get it, I know you guys give it but where should I go and when should I go!?

I believe you mean the distemper vaccine. Feline distemper vaccine is a combination vaccine including feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and panleukopenia. You can give your local VetCo a call to make Oreo an appointment to get it done. At seven months of age, he should have one now, and another in four weeks to make sure he is fully protected.     I'm sorry you didn't get an answer yesterday! The distemper shot does not fix temperament, it's to protect against a deadly disease in dogs. No, cats do not get distemper like dogs do, they get feline panleukopenia virus.
