Why is my 8-month-old Cavalier puppy throwing up but acting normal?

My calvier king Charles he is coming 8 months old.he just got sick twice and this is what came up. Should I be worried? He is in normal form running around. Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 8 days old | 4 lbs

It could be Oreo's food or he could have eaten something foreign that he's now vomited. I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps. Withhold food for 8-12 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
