My dog's poop is olive green. What causes it? Should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 12 days old | 6 lbs

i have been noticing my dogs bowel movements and they look normal except the the color they got akind of an olive green tint to it and i was wandering what could cause that and if i need to take her to the vet

Hello, thank you for your question about Lucy. Based on the photos that you've attached I would not be overly concerned by this. Depending on your dogs diet, treats, etc they can change the color of the feces as the nutrients digest. If at any point Lucy develops diarrhea, lethargy, or vomiting I would recommend having her seen by your veterinarian. Hope this helps!
