My dog has these scab mole thing that flAke off and have hair in them. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | spayed | 12 lbs

Skin allergies, mites or bacterial infection are by far the most common causes of it. some skin tests like skin scrapes may be needed.
