My baby Indian ringneck parrot is weak after getting wet. What to do?

Sir I have a Indian ringneck parrot baby and I try to clean hm but by mistake I wet him and from next day he was very weak and speak very slowly he is eating but very weak what to do plzz help

It's possible the baby got a bit chilled from being wet. Making sure he is in a cage that is kept warm, and adding in a heat lamp as needed to help him dry off and warm up may help, as well as making sure he is still eating and drinking. If he continues to weaken, is showing other signs of illness, or isn't improving, seeking veterinary care in person ASAP is best as once birds are showing signs of illness, it is typically serious enough to require care in person.
