Parrot's eye and tongue swollen, breathing with beak open. What to do?

My parrot right eye is swollen also the right side of the parrot tongue...Also the parrot is breathing with his beak open...what can i do

Thanks for reaching out about Baby. With open mouth breathing, a veterinary visit is needed as soon as possible. Aspiration pneumonia, infections and other causes need to be assessed and diagnoses, so a treatment plan can be provided. Good luck.
