Why is my cat losing fur on his tail and body? Should I worry?

I have a 3 year old Orange Tabby, DSH. It seems very strange that appears that almost all of his fur off of his tail. It looks very thin like it is just the fur to cover his tail and he also appears to have lost most of his fur on his body. Should I worry about that or not? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 11.6 lbs

Yes, I would worry about that is this isn't normal. There are many things that could cause this such as fleas, skin infection, mites, ringworm, allergies, or an endocrine disorder. I would take Logan into the vet first thing Monday morning for a health check. Best of luck.
