Why is my dog trembling, struggling to walk, and throwing up?

Hello! My dog snowy has started trembling and shaking since yesterday, so much that even when she walks it seems as though she’s having trouble. Today when I walked into the house she was shaking and walked towards me and proceeded to throw up. Do you know what’s happening? The signs that you are seeing may be due to a variety of factors, including nausea/GI upset, pain, an infection (such as uterine), or another underlying medical issue. I would recommend she be evaluated by her regular veterinarian to determine the underlying cause for her symptoms, have any necessary testing done (xrays, bloodwork), and get started on any treatment she may need.
