My dog ate my Gabapentin. Is it an emergency? What to do next?

Pet's info: Dog | Clumber Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 4 days old | 55.5 lbs

My 11 month old clumber spaniel, MAY have just eaten 600mgs of Gabapentin (my prescription) do I need to do anything. She is in excellent health is on no medications and weighs 25.2Kg

Hi, Gabapentin overdose can cause sedation and drowsiness and its effect should gradually disappear over the next 12 hours. If Bunty is excessively sedated I would ring your closer vets to have her checked over. Hopefully she has not eaten it !
