My Mastiff puppy is sick with fever after spay. Does she need ER vet?

I have a Mastiff that is 9 MO FE, presenting with depression, off on eating, has a temp of 103.5 , Resp of 100, there is good gut sounds. She recently had spay & stomach tac laproscopically . Do we need to go to vet tonight. Pet's info: Dog | Neapolitan Mastiff | Female | spayed | 9 months and 22 days old | 90 lbs
