My budgie fell in water, and just passed straight water with no poop. Is he going to be ok?

Thanks for reaching out about Winston. At times, birds will pass only urine, but the concern is why he fell into the water. If he appears weak or fall often, a veterinary visit is recommended. Diet should be reviewed for any deficiencies that might lead to weakness. Good luck.
