My dog ate a disinfectant wipe. Should I be worried? What symptoms?

A few minutes ago I saw my Luna with a used disinfectant wipe in her mouth I pulled it out of her but idk if she ate the rest of it or if she tore it apart. She seems fine now, she is sleeping. I checked her breathing and heartbeat she seems fine. This is around the time she sleeps. But I am still worried. I have attached a picture of the wipes brand she had. Wondering if you could tell me if it's very toxic or if she will be fine. What should i keep an eye on? What symptoms should I look for?

That was naughty of Luna to get ahold of this wipe. Luckily the wipe is bleach free, which is great! Likely she didn't eat it, but keep an eye on her for excessive drooling, mouth pain, lethargy, and decreased appetite. If you see any of those signs, have her seen by a vet. I hope this helps!
