My dog just had puppies. Why won't she stand, eat, or leave them?

Hello, our adopted stray English mastiff delivered 7 puppies yesterday. She has yet to leave them to pee, eat, drink or anything. She doesn't stand up and will only eat and drink when we feed her directly is this normal? Is she ok? Pet's info: Dog | English Mastiff | Female | unspayed

I am concerned that Bella won't stand up, and while dogs will spend lots of time with newborn puppies, she should leave to at least go to the bathroom. To be safe, I'd have her and her puppies checked out by a vet now. Best of luck.
