My cat is lethargic after vet for fight injuries. Should I go back?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 13 years and 2 months old | 10 lbs

Took my cat to vet yesterday am he was injured on three feet by maybe another cat...no abscesses...he was administered IV fluids antibiotics and pain meds...sent home with wound care etc...today he is beyond lethargic just tail movement jus overly concerned about making it back to vet on monday

Poor Cooter! If he's beyond lethargic, I think he needs to see a vet now and shouldn't wait until Monday. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
