My senior dog has new lumps on her neck and body. What are they?

Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | spayed

Hi, my 13 year old Jack Russel has had some lump come up in neck, I think it's her lymphnodes, they are quite large and feel like several clumped together on either side of her neck. They have not gone down since I noticed them 2 weeks ago and today I have noticed two more lumps further down her neck just above her shoulders on each side and also a lump either side under her lowest teats, she is otherwise fine in herself, eating and drinking normally too. Any ideas?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I would recommend Roxy be evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible. If they are enlarged lymph nodes throughout her body, it could be due to a development of lymphoma, or an infectious disease, for example. An early diagnosis of either (or another underlying issue) would be very beneficial for treatment. I would recommend she be evaluated by her regular veterinarian, and any necessary testing done. Good luck!
