My dog sleeps a lot and doesn't play. Is she lazy or unwell?

im not sure if my dog is lazy or actually not feeling well. she sleeps a lot and doesnt play but she never really has played much. she seems active when we take her to dog training classes and grooming. she had diarrhea a couple days ago but thats cleared up completely. she's 4 and a half years old so shes not old. are some dogs just lazy in general? she eats and drinks well and shes not overweight. she is average weight. Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Female | spayed | 3 years and 7 months old | 11 lbs

Hello. It certainly is possible that this is normal for Chi. If her eating/drinking habits have not changed, she seems well, no coughing or problems eliminating, then I would not be too concerned.
