My dog scraped his paw, no blood. What to do for a minor injury?

Hi I’ve got a staffy called Keywi he’s 3 years. He was playing today and it looks like he’s scraped his pad on back paw he’s ok in him self it’s not bleeding I’ve cleaned it with salt water

Hi, if the wound is superficial apart from cleaning it and keeping it clean there is not much that needs to be done. If Keywi seems uncomfortable when walking, I would suggest that you put a bandage around his foot. Hope this helps, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
