Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 19 lbs
cat bitten by snake. most likely water moccasin. head swollen. not opening eyes. seems to be too weak in hind legs to stand up. not eating. don't have a way to get him to vet. I was a medic and and willing to do anything I can at home, no matter what it is.

Unfortunately there is nothing I would recommend doing at home, other than keeping Panther warm and encouraging water consumption as much as possible. Treatment of venomous snake bites is usually focused on pain medication with injectable opioids, IV fluid therapy, and antivenom. Monitoring blood work is important as well. If there is any way to get Panther to a vet I would recommend traveling.
