My dog has a lump under his eye. Is it allergies or a tooth problem?

Hello. Just based on where the lump is located, I would suspect that Rialy has an infected tooth root. The 4th premolar is a common cause of infections that will pop out just under the eye. You can keep the area clean with a little peroxide, but you will need to see your vet on Monday to confirm this. If it is an abscessed tooth, Rialy will be put on antibiotics & probably scheduled for a dental procedure to clean & possibly remove the tooth. He will be fine afterwards.
