What is best way to handle our female Maltese nearing end of life She will be 15 years old in 2 months has gotten almost skin & bones does not eat alot and has frequent accidents. What should we do Put her down?

You should speak to your primary vet about options available - do they have quieter appointment times for such visits or is there a local house call service available? You can also discuss cremation options and keepsakes to remember her by also.
