My dog's bloated 10 weeks after heat. Could it be closed pyometra?

I have a 3 year old labrador. My dog has had previous cases of pus vaginal discharge...however it was treated using antibiotics. Then she was pregnant and gave birth to 6 puppies. The next cycle was normal. This cycle however, it's been 10 weeks since the heat cycle and her stomach seems bloated and her uterus enlarged. There is no vaginal discharge. Can it be a case of closed pyometra? She's active and is eating well too. Please help us. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 6 months old | 70.5 lbs
