Dog biting a spot after being outside. Could it be a hot spot?

Pet's info: Dog | Chow Chow | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 1 month old | 45 lbs

We have no idea what’s wrong with our dog. He came in one day from being outside and won’t quit biting this spot.

Looks like a hot spot, skin infection. These are itchy and painful. They have to be shaved, cleaned by your veterinarian and then be placed on antibiotics. He may need a steroid injection as well. If your veterinarian isn't open tomorrow, id go to ER cause these are uncomfortable.
