Dog eye weeping green pus for a week after cat scratch. Vet now?

My dog got popped in the face by a cat and his eye has been weeping green pus ever since. Tomorrow will be a week. When is it time to worry? He does not seem bothered at all, and it’s not a lot of pus. I wipe some away three times a day or so.

I’d be worried now. Any eye problem should be considered an emergency because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. His eye may have been scratched by the cat, and the fact there is green discharge means it’s infected. Please take him into a vet immediately.
