Why is my dog chewing walls and peeing indoors after walks?

My dog is a 2 1/2 yr old pitbull. She is currently staying with my sister cause I'm in the military and currently in Korea. My dog recently chewed thru a wall and after she gets let out to do her business she pee's in the house. Can you please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female
