Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 12 lbs
A feral cat Jewels I watch after has a URI. It's been going around my other cats but they're tame so I've been able to give antibiotics. Jewels hangs out in my house and enjoys petting sometimes and other times he runs away. There's been blood droplets that look sprayed on the floor. None of my other cats are bleeding (I checked them). Jewels has been forcefully sneezing. Could that cause him to sneeze blood? What can I do since he's feral? Hes eating dry food fine and breathing

Poor Jewels! Yes, he could be sneezing so forcefully that his nose could be bleeding. He needs to see a vet for this problem. Given that he's feral, you may have trouble getting him to a vet. I would see if there is a mobile vet in your area. They could come to your house to see him, and give him a long acting antibiotic shot (if required) to treat his symptoms. I would find a mobile vet in your area for him. I hope this helps!
