Green discharge generally indicates infection. I recommend tonhave little Cinni examined by her veterinarian today if possible. Wipe the excess discharge away gently with a warm moistened cottenball. She may have an infection or a scratch on the cornea. You must also make sure she does not rub it as this will make it worse. An elizabethan collar worn at all times will protect her eye. I hope she starts feeling better quickly and please feel free to post any additional questions.

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. Dasha may have an eye infection or dry eye as well. Without pictures and being unable to examine her, it is difficult to say for sure. I would have a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
