My dog is not eating, has fever, bumps, and pus. Is it cancer?

My gsd dog is not eating,he have 103 fever he have sore in his paws,small bump on his nose,and his neck hair have sticked with puss i guess ,......is there any chances that he may suffer from CANCER..? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 4 years and 2 months old

Tyson is four years old, so that would be young for cancer, but it could be a remote possibility. It could be that he has a severe skin infection causing the pus, or he could have a systemic illness. He needs to see a vet now, please take him into one immediately. Best of luck.
