My dog had a tummy bug. Can I restart her joint supplement now?

Tootsie is recovering from a tummy bug. We just started re-introducing the kibble to her bland diet this morning (which went well). She has a luxating patella that we have been giving her Missing Link joint supplement for. We have been skipping the supplement while she's been recovering but can we re-introduce it now that we've started her kibble again? Her knee bothered her this morning which made me want to ask an expert! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 8 months old | 7 lbs
