Hello, I hope ypu are well? My dog has been vomiting a thin liquid vomit yellowish-white in colour. Today is the second day and he continues to do that- he doesn't appear sick but he is more quiet. I don't have money to go to the vet, but I have small money to maybe buy him medicine. Please help

If you can't take him to a vet then withhold food for the day and then try a small amount of a bland diet. You can either get a commercial gastrointestinal diet or try boiled chicken breast and white rice and see how he does with that. You could also add a probiotic to his diet (Fortiflora, Proviable, etc). If he continues to vomit then he really needs to be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat. Your vet can run blood-work and take x-rays and then prescribe medications to control the vomiting.
