My dog has a sore on her right back leg on the inside. It kinda looks like ring worm.

Oh you are right, this could be ringworm. Do NOT touch it, ringworm is contagious to humans as well as other animals. Take Chloe into the vet. The vet can confirm it's ringworm, and can prescribe medication to treat it. If she has ringworm, you will have to disinfect your home, as ringworm spores can live up to 18 months in the home.
