My cat eats weird things like litter and tinsel. Should I worry?

Snickers is having issues were she is eating, tinsel(on a tree), a cardboard box, and litter. She gets feed regularly, I just don’t know if something is wrong, should I take her to the vet? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | spayed | 1 year old | 7.5 lbs
