Please tell me if my dog needs to be looked at for this Red, Raised lump on his neck, with noticeable blood vessels showing through? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 9 years and 3 months old | 29 lbs

It does look like a little wart which are usually nothing to worry about. However you cannot be sure by just looking, to know definitely what the lump is it would have to be tested. You can either go and have this done or monitor the lump for growth.
