Hi, I found a starving cat, the vet said he had parasites and anemia and he can't receive treatment and there's a lack of equipments where I live(no blood transfusion nor IV). The cat is eating small quantities and drinking but he's constantly sleeping in front of the radiator. I took him to 2 vets and they both said to let him die. Can anemia be treated without IV or blood transfusions? And how can I help him and feed him to be stronger? Or maybe make him more comfortable if he's going to die.

If the anemia is from parasites then his bone marrow should make new red blood cells and the anemia will resolve with time. If he is severely anemic he could die before this can happen. If the anemia is from a viral infection or cancer then even a transfusion would be a temporary fix. You can continue to keep him warm and tempt him to eat, but if he is having trouble breathing or seems to be suffering euthanasia would be the most humane option.
