Should I worry about my cockatiel's flaky beak and orange nostrils?

My cockatiel just turned one today and I noticed her beak is flake and her nostrils are a bright orange color, is this some ting to be worried about? Pet's info: Bird | Cockatiel | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 1lb
