I have a eight day old puppy and he is lethargic,no gaining weight, whining all the time. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | unneutered | 8 days old | 0 lbs

Bean likely isn't getting enough to eat. Puppies will cry a lot when they don't have enough milk, and it would cause him to be lethargic and not gain weight.
