My dog is still hyper despite exercise. Should I change his food?

Very hyper Springer, having lots of exercise and have now increased games for mental stimulation. still over hyper, feeding country kibble 28% protein, would altering his feed help calm him? Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Male | neutered | 4 years and 4 months old

Barney would need the extra protein if he's very active, so no I don't recommend changing his diet. Some dogs unfortunately are very active, so I would increase the amount of exercise he gets to try to tire him out.
