Hi my 9 week old kelpie puppy sounds really congested trys to cough it up and vomit occasionally. I just picked him up from a warmer climate to what I live in. He still has plenty of energy and hasn't lost his appetite and is still drinking water. What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Australian Kelpie | Male | unneutered | 15 lbs
